Charles Noguera, Cecilia Duarte-Santos, Leilani Santos and Mark,
make up the executive team. They employ field managers that have
no less than five years experience in management. They have many
years of combined experience in protective services, finance and
administration, human resource management, and customer service
in careers working in the law enforcement, insurance, communication
technology, service, and construction industries. As a result of their
education in administration of justice, anthropology, and business,
they have a strong theoretical background that allows them to
understand the mentalities and relationships about security services
and how their internal and external environments influence them.
